All these projects are part of the Applications Ergonomic Emulation Project. This project is aimed at providing a global framework enabling people - end users or IT managers - to make in depth changes to existing applications, leveraging the UI with new features and languages, or correcting missing features or poor implementations.

Network traffic analysis and datamining

Our datamining and statistics team, lead by statisticians Karim Rhaimini and Ivan Chollet, is opening a new window in network traffic analysis. New tools are arising, providing CIOs with the ability to monitor and shape their traffic effectively. The solutions we provide address the issue of furtive P2P application stealing bandwidth and reducing overall security control in corporate environments. The methods used to achieve this are cutting-edge. No conventionnal firewalls or proxies are involved in our solutions. Only statistics and datamining systems, as well as passive measurement infrastructure. This change in paradigm is worth it and paves the road for new traffic shaping possibilities.

• Lynanda Skype Filter - We provide a network filter and analyzer dedicated to filter unwanted traffic in corporate environments. More specifically, our network filter is able to detect P2P sessions and VoIP calls inside of your network. It is successful in detecting and filtering Skype traffic.
